Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Front of House Supervisor to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in ensuring a seamless guest experience by overseeing daily operations within the front of house area. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for hospitality, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of service. As a Front of House Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in training staff, managing customer interactions, and ensuring compliance with food safety regulations. This position will be a hybrid position allowing the candidate to work around 2-3 serving shifts each week and then around 2 supervising shifts per week. It also offers the chance to serve in the AM and then supervise in the PM. This position is a perfect opportunity for someone who is currently a server/bartender and is considering taking that step into management.
Responsibilities
• Supervise daily operations of the front of house team to ensure exceptional service delivery.
• Train and mentor staff on food safety practices, hospitality standards, and customer service excellence.
• Assist in the hiring process by conducting interviews and evaluating potential candidates.
• Manage guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Oversee food handling and preparation processes to ensure compliance with health regulations.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate timely service and maintain quality standards.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front of house area.
Experience
• Previous experience in food service or hospitality roles is required, with a preference for supervisory experience.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food handling.
• Familiarity with bartending and food preparation techniques is advantageous.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to lead a team effectively.
• Excellent communication skills to interact positively with guests and staff alike.

Pay: $19.00-$22.00 per hour
