We are seeking a dynamic and experienced FOH Services and Ticketing Manager is responsible to coordinate and manage Front of House staff, Concession staff , FOH volunteers as well as manage ticket sales for events. They are responsible for ensuring that procedures are followed by staff, communication is kept up between departments for bookings, ensuring orders are filled for concession, scheduling staff and volunteers for events, putting event tickets on sale and managing all ticket sales. This includes dealing with ticketing requests from clients and ticketing reports. The FOH and Concession's Manager reports and works closely with the Bookings Manager and the Technical Director.
