Job Overview
Cenote Restaurant & Lounge is looking for a new server to join our FOH team. Cenote offers a unique urban experience, featuring award-winning cocktails, a dynamic food menu, and a large community of friends and regulars.
Applicants should have at least 3 years of serving background, excellent teamwork and communication skills, and a friendly and confident demeanor. Spirits and cocktail knowledge is a valued and preferable asset.
Duties
Greet and seat guests promptly, providing menus and introducing daily specials. Take accurate food and drink orders, ensuring all requests are communicated effectively to the kitchen staff. Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner, ensuring proper presentation and temperature. Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and giving change using basic math skills. Manage time efficiently during busy periods to ensure all guests receive prompt service. Address guest inquiries or concerns with professionalism, providing help as needed to enhance their dining experience. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure all orders are prepared correctly and delivered on time.
Job Types: Part-time, Casual
Pay: From $17.85 per hour
Expected hours: 16 - 30 per week
