Key Responsibilities
Guest Service:
Greet customers upon arrival, present menus, take orders, answer questions about menu items and pairings, and anticipate guest needs to create a pleasant dining experience.
Order Management:
Accurately record and communicate food and drink orders to the kitchen and bar staff, ensuring orders are delivered promptly and correctly.
Table Management:
Prepare and sanitize tables, set tables with utensils and condiments, clear plates, and reset the dining area between seatings.
Payments & Billing:
Present bills to customers and process payments, handling cash or card transactions efficiently.
Cleanliness & Safety:
Maintain a clean dining section, adhere to safety and sanitation standards, and assist with light cleaning duties, such as mopping and taking out trash.
Teamwork:
Collaborate with other servers, kitchen staff, and management to ensure smooth operations and a positive atmosphere.
Key Skills & Qualifications
Communication:
Clearly and effectively communicate with guests and team members, including answering questions and resolving issues.
Hospitality:
Possess a positive attitude and strong customer-oriented approach to ensure guest satisfaction.
Multitasking:
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment without getting overwhelmed.
Punctuality & Reliability:
Be on time for shifts and a dependable member of the team.
Adaptability:
Respond well to changing situations and take initiative.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From $17.20 per hour
Expected hours: 15 - 40 per week
