Job Details


The restaurant supervisor assists in planning and directing all restaurant operations including opening or closing the restaurant. The supervisor performs the proper and timely execution of all service periods; breakfast, lunch and dinner. Maintain high standards of food, beverage, service, health, and safety. Ensure the efficient and profitable business performance of the restaurant and the optimal utilization of staff and resources.

Essential job functions;



Interacting with restaurant guests and our team to gauge satisfaction and improve customer service. Contribute to building a community of associates that feel supported in all aspects of employment. Follow standard operating procedures for opening and closing the restaurant. Supervise the service team performance in accordance with established standards and procedures. Monitoring team performance and providing feedback to help them improve their skills Promotes cooperative effort, team spirit and good morale among all team members Leads by example; know that all team members look to you for guidance regarding service technique, behavior and work ethic Monitoring employee performance and providing feedback to help them improve their skills Give feedback to Senior Leaders on overall performance of the service team. Organize and monitor staff arrivals, tardiness, and absences, report attendance issues to Leadership team daily Monitor adherence to health, safety and hygiene standards in the restaurant. Takes a proactive approach to restaurant maintenance Maintains strong lines of communication with entire leadership team and service team to drive the success of the restaurant

Qualifications;



Must have excellent customer service skills with a passion to serve Excellent written and verbal communication skills. One to two years supervisory experience in a destination restaurant or first class hotel food and beverage environment beneficial Ability to complete a heavy workload and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision. Good judgment and decision making abilities. Basic computer skills, Word, Excel, and Outlook preferred.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00-$21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 30 per week
