We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Front of House Manager to lead our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive restaurant management experience, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. This role involves overseeing daily operations, supervising staff, and ensuring a welcoming environment for guests. Previous hotel or barista experience is a plus, along with a solid background in food service and food safety standards.
Duties
Supervise front-of-house staff, including servers, hosts, and bartenders, ensuring smooth daily operations
Manage customer relations to guarantee an outstanding dining experience
Oversee food preparation and food handling procedures to maintain high standards of quality and safety
Utilize POS systems such as Micros POS for order processing and cash handling
Conduct interviews and participate in hiring new team members
Train staff on restaurant procedures, food safety, and customer service excellence
Monitor restaurant cleanliness, organization, and compliance with health regulations
Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food delivery and service efficiency
Handle customer complaints professionally and resolve issues promptly
Assist in inventory management and ordering supplies as needed
Skills
Proven supervising and team management experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting
Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety protocols
Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS and cash handling procedures
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to lead by example
Leadership qualities with experience in interviewing, training, and developing staff
Ability to manage restaurant operations efficiently under pressure
Knowledge of the food industry standards, hospitality practices, and restaurant management principles
Experience in food handling, serving, and kitchen operations is highly desirable
Background in hotel or barista services adds valuable insight into hospitality excellence
