Job Description

We are looking for a positive, energetic and dedicated individuals to fill the role of FOH Associate to help provide a unique and memorable experience to all of our guests at our 600 Bloor St W location.

Overview




The FOH Associate position is responsible for providing consistently high-levels of customer service to all guests from when they first enter the space until their departure. This includes greeting guests, introducing the brand concept, space and staff, maintaining a strong working knowledge of all menu items, and providing game recommendations and rule clarifications based on the guests' needs and requests.

Duties



Welcome guests to the space in a warm, positive and professional manner Introduce the guests to the brand concept, space, staff and key policies Taking food and beverage orders, while making suggestions or providing assistance Deliver food and beverages, in a professional courteous manner, to all tables Assist customers with games selection and rules whenever needed/possible Periodically check in on all guests to ensure food and beverage quality throughout their meal Clear plates, glasses and utensils once guests have finished their meals, assist other FOH Support staff in clearing tables Ensure flow of service through high volume periods, making sure reservations are set Facilitate guest intake to the waitlist as needed while communicating with guests an estimate of expected wait times Contacting guests on the waitlist when a table becomes available for them Answering the phone in a polite and curious manner and assisting any guests needs or reservation requests over the phone Ensuring all cleaning, stocking, pre and post shift tasks are completed as delegated by management Perform other job-related duties as assigned by managers or supervisors

Experience working under pressure in a high stress, fast-paced environment Strong customer service and troubleshooting skills Able to perform all job duties under pressure in a polite, sensitive and professional manner Strong work ethic and positive team player attitude Professional appearance and manners at all times Time management and organizational skills with strong attention to detail Strong knowledge of food safety standards Interpersonal skills that allow one to work effectively in a diverse working environment Must be able to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends and holidays Able to effectively communicate in English both verbally and in writing * Ability to lift up to 50lbs as required
