to help lead our team and grow with us.

Job Summary:

The Flower Shop Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the shop, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining inventory, coordinating staff, and creating a welcoming, inspiring environment. A passion for flowers and a good sense of design is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily operations of the flower shop Supervise and schedule staff Handle customer inquiries and orders (in-store, phone, and online) Oversee floral arrangement preparation and delivery logistics Maintain inventory of flowers, supplies, and equipment Build strong relationships with suppliers and negotiate pricing Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing Train and support new staff in customer service and floral design basics Manage budgets, sales, and performance reports Assist with social media content and promotional campaigns (optional)
