Overview

We are seeking a passionate and creative Floral Designer to join our team. This role is perfect for individuals who have a love for flowers and design, as well as a strong background in customer service and retail sales. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. As a Floral Designer, you will be responsible for creating beautiful floral arrangements, assisting customers with their selections, and maintaining the overall aesthetic of our floral displays.

Duties

Design and create stunning floral arrangements for various occasions, including weddings, events, holidays, and everyday celebrations. Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the floral department, ensuring all displays are visually appealing. Collaborate with team members to develop merchandising strategies that promote sales and attract customers.

Experience

Previous experience in retail flower shop experience is highly desirable. Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures is preferred. Strong organizational skills to manage inventory and maintain an orderly workspace. Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members. Experience:

Floral Design / Flower Shop: 3 years (required)
