The ideal candidate will have a strong background in floral design and a keen eye for aesthetics, as well as excellent customer service skills. As a Floral Designer, you will be responsible for creating beautiful floral arrangements for various occasions, providing exceptional service to our customers, and contributing to the overall success of our floral department.

Responsibilities

Design and create floral arrangements for weddings, funeral, events, and everyday occasions. Assist customers in selecting flowers and arrangements that meet their needs and preferences. Maintain the appearance of the floral shop, ensuring that displays are attractive and well-stocked. Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems. Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving any issues promptly. Manage inventory levels, including ordering flowers and supplies as needed. Collaborate with team members to develop merchandising strategies that enhance sales.

Qualifications

Proven experience in floral design or a related field is preferred. Strong communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are a plus. Familiarity with retail sales processes, cashiering, and cash handling procedures. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. A passion for flowers and creativity in designing unique arrangements is essential.
