We are seeking a creative and passionate Floral Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for design and a deep appreciation for flowers and plants. As a Floral Designer, you will be responsible for creating beautiful floral arrangements for various occasions, including weddings, events, and everyday celebrations. Your role will involve working closely with customers to understand their needs and preferences while providing exceptional customer service.

Duties

Design and create floral arrangements that meet customer specifications and enhance the aesthetic appeal of events or spaces. Consult with clients to determine their floral needs, preferences, and budget. Maintain knowledge of current floral trends and techniques to provide innovative designs. Manage inventory of flowers and supplies, ensuring freshness and quality. Process sales transactions using POS systems, including cashiering duties. Assist in the setup and breakdown of floral displays at events or venues. Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients and addressing any concerns or inquiries. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations in the shop, including landscape maintenance as needed.

Experience

Previous experience in floral design is required;

Proficiency in English is essential for effective communication with customers and team members. Experience with E-commerce platforms can be beneficial for managing online orders. Strong customer service skills are crucial for building relationships with clients and providing an exceptional shopping experience.
