We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant to support our team with floral design. Responsibilities

Assist with retail sales transactions using POS systems and handle cash handling accurately Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, guiding shoppers, and ensuring a positive shopping experience Maintain organized merchandising displays and ensure product availability on the sales floor Contribute to e-commerce operations by processing online orders Support inventory management through stock replenishment and organization of merchandise Communicate effectively with team members and customers Assist with general store operations, including cashiering, floral design, and supporting sales initiatives

Skills

Strong communication skills Experience with POS systems, cash handling, and retail sales procedures Knowledge of floral design, flower knowledge, tropical plant knowledge Familiarity with merchandising strategies and e-commerce platforms Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail Customer service oriented with the ability to engage positively with diverse clients Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team Basic understanding floral design and tropical plants
