We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Retail Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. You will engage with customers, assist them in finding products, and help drive sales through effective communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly and ascertain their needs to provide personalized assistance. Engage in inside sales by effectively promoting products and services to customers. Handle cash transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system. Negotiate sales terms and conditions to close deals while maintaining customer satisfaction. Manage customer accounts by updating information and following up on inquiries. Market promotional offers to customers to enhance sales opportunities. Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring merchandise is well-displayed. Communicate product knowledge clearly to assist customers in making informed decisions. Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and enhance overall performance.

Requirements

Proven experience in retail sales or a similar customer-facing role is preferred. Strong cash handling skills with attention to detail. Ability to sell effectively while building rapport with customers. Excellent negotiation skills to facilitate successful transactions. Proficient in account management practices for maintaining customer relationships. Familiarity with market trends and product knowledge relevant to the retail industry. Experience using POS systems for processing transactions efficiently. Strong communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are a plus. A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work as part of a team are essential for success in this role.
