Flooring Sales Specialist

to join our team and help customers transform their spaces with the perfect flooring solutions.

Position Overview:

As a Flooring Sales Specialist, you'll be the face of United Floors -- guiding customers through their flooring choices, offering expert advice, and helping them find the right products for their needs and budget. The ideal candidate has at least

2 years of sales experience

, preferably in flooring, home improvement, or retail, and takes pride in providing a personalized, professional experience to every customer.

Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers in the showroom, providing expert product knowledge and recommendations. Prepare accurate quotes, proposals, and invoices for customers. Follow up on leads, maintain client relationships, and close sales effectively. Stay informed about current flooring trends, materials, and installation techniques. Coordinate with installers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery. Maintain an organized showroom and ensure displays are clean and up to date. Meet or exceed individual and store sales goals. Assist with order entry, scheduling, and inventory checks as needed.

Qualifications:

Minimum

2 years of experience

in sales, ideally in the flooring, home improvement, or retail industry. Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Proven ability to deliver excellent customer service and build lasting relationships. Solid organizational skills and attention to detail. Comfortable using CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and basic sales tools. Product knowledge in hardwood, laminate, vinyl, tile, and carpet is an asset.
