Compensation
Base Pay: $20 - $23/hour + Commission Training and career development opportunities provided
Work Schedule
Regular hours: Monday to Friday May occasionally include evenings or weekends
Responsibilities
Meet with customers and help them choose suitable flooring products Conduct in-home visits to understand customer needs and provide solutions Build and maintain strong customer relationships to achieve sales goals Assist the team with daily sales-related tasks
Requirements
Minimum of 1 year flooring or building materials sales experience required Chinese language skills are an asset Willing to relocate to 10012 Santa Fe Springs Rd, Santa Fe Springs, CA 90670, USA (Relocation assistance will be provided) Strong communication and customer service skills
