We're looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Representative who enjoys helping people, building relationships, and reaching goals.
Key Responsibilities
oGreet and assist customers in the showroom, helping them choose flooring that fits their needs, style, and budget.
Develop strong relationships with customers to create repeat business and referrals.
Manage inquiries by phone, email, and social media with professionalism and attention to detail.
Generate new sales opportunities by reaching out to potential customers and following up on leads.
Stay informed about current promotions, new products, and pricing to provide accurate information.
Support the store's online presence by posting and responding to customer messages on social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and Marketplace.
Work with the installation team to make sure customers' projects are completed smoothly from sale to finish.
Keep records of sales, customer communications, and inventory updates.
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming showroom (must be comfortable lifting flooring boxes as needed).
Contribute ideas and feedback to help improve sales processes and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
oPrevious sales or customer service experience (flooring or home improvement background is a plus).
Strong people skills and the ability to build trust quickly.
Confident using email, social media, and point-of-sale systems.
Organized, detail-oriented, and motivated to achieve sales goals.
Able to work both independently and as part of a team.
Physically able to lift and move flooring products when required.

Pay: $40,000.00-$123,348.98 per year
