Flooring Sales Manager

to join our team and lead the sales department in growing our business in the Greater Vancouver area.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets; Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, contractors, designers; Lead and mentor the sales team to enhance overall performance; Identify new business opportunities and expand the company's presence in key markets; Collaborate closely with warehouse, logistics, and installation teams to ensure smooth project execution; Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to provide insights for management decisions; Prepare sales forecasts, performance reports, and market analysis reports.

Requirements

Results-driven leader with an entrepreneurial mindset and strong communication and coordination skills; Excellent negotiation, presentation, and problem-solving abilities; Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment; Proactive, detail-oriented, and customer-focused; Passionate about flooring, home design, and the building materials industry.

Qualifications

Minimum

3-5 years of sales experience

in flooring, home improvement, or related industries (management experience preferred); Strong knowledge of flooring products, installation processes, and design trends; Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred;
