Overview



This Flooring project management involves planning, scheduling, and overseeing all aspects of flooring installation, from estimating, successful bidding to final completion of commercial projects. Key responsibilities include, Estimating, liaising with suppliers and getting best price, submit bids, managing budgets, coordinating installation teams, ensuring safety protocols are followed, and maintaining clear communication with General Contractors and Owners to guarantee high-quality results on time and within budget.

Duties



Responding to Tender Bids and Pre-Qualifications Estimating and pricing Project planning and execution Oversee and manage all phases of flooring projects, from initial sale to final completion. Plan, schedule, and execute commercial or residential flooring projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and specifications. Conduct site visits to assess project requirements, provide technical guidance, and address challenges. Collaborate with suppliers, installers, and subcontractors to achieve project goals.
Budget and resource management

Manage project budgets and expenses, ensuring financial compliance and on-budget completion. Coordinate installation teams and optimize resource allocation and productivity. Maintain inventory of materials and equipment, ordering supplies as needed to ensure projects stay on schedule.
Quality and safety

Ensure all work is completed to industry standards and client expectations. Conduct regular site inspections to guarantee quality control and compliance. Promote and enforce safety protocols on all job sites, aiming for zero on-site accidents. Train and mentor installation personnel on best practices, installation techniques, and safety.
Client and Owner communication

Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, addressing concerns and managing expectations throughout the installation process. Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and propose tailored flooring solutions. Prepare and deliver regular status reports to clients and other stakeholders. Facilitate clear and consistent communication between clients, contractors, and internal teams
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
