We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Project Manager / Estimator to join our team. This dual-role position will be responsible for preparing accurate project estimates, managing projects from start to finish, and ensuring successful, on-time, and on-budget completion.

Key Responsibilities:

Review project plans, specifications, and tender documents to prepare accurate cost estimates. Solicit and analyze supplier and subcontractor quotes. Develop project schedules and work plans. Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams. Manage all aspects of the project lifecycle, including scheduling, budgeting, and quality control. Identify and resolve issues or changes in scope during project execution. Maintain detailed documentation and progress reports.

Qualifications:

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in project management and/or estimating, preferably in the construction industry. Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and costs. Proficiency with estimating software and MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). Excellent organizational, communication, and negotiation skills. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings. Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously. Post-secondary education in construction management, engineering, or related field.
