Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Estimator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in flooring estimating and project management, with proficiency in tools such as Measure Square estimating program. As an Estimator, you will be responsible for analyzing project specifications, preparing cost estimates, and collaborating with various staff to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

This is a sub contractor position. You will need to provide your own transportation. We will provide measuring devices like laser distance finder and Ipad with estimating program.

Responsibilities

Review project plans and specifications to determine the scope of work and required materials. Prepare accurate cost estimates for labor, materials, equipment, and other project-related expenses. Utilize software tools such as Measure Square for efficient estimating processes. Collaborate with project managers to ensure alignment between estimates and project execution. Maintain organized records of estimates, proposals, and contracts for future reference.

Requirements

Proven experience in construction estimating with a strong understanding of construction processes. Proficiency in estimating software such as Measure Square is highly desirable. Excellent project management abilities to oversee multiple projects simultaneously. Detail-oriented mindset with exceptional analytical skills for accurate pricing assessments. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey complex information clearly. Pay: $30,000.00-$40,000.00 per year
