Sales Growth & Marketing Initiatives
Drive

Coordinate and execute

Support seasonal promotions, events, and marketing activations to attract and retain customers.
Work with the management and ownership team to set and achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Oversee daily operations including floor supervision, cash handling, and POS management.
Manage staff scheduling and shift organization to ensure proper coverage and efficiency.
Maintain the dining room's cleanliness, organization, and ambiance in line with brand standards.
Monitor and manage supplies, liaising with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service flow.

Collaboration & Communication

Requirements
Proven experience as a
Front of House Manager, Assistant Manager, or Floor Supervisor
in a busy cafe or restaurant.
Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
Demonstrated ability to increase sales through upselling and guest engagement.
Experience in staff training, performance coaching, and motivation.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Strong understanding of POS systems, cash handling, and daily reporting.
Professional demeanor with a guest-first attitude.
