Be a Leader in Banff's Dining Scene - Join Us as a Floor Manager

Banff Caribou Properties is proud to operate some of the most well-loved restaurants in Banff. We're known for great food, welcoming service, and strong leadership--and we're looking for a Floor Manager to help us continue that standard of excellence.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll be an essential part of a dynamic, fast-paced team. You'll lead service, support your team on the floor, and ensure every guest leaves with a great experience.

What You'll Be Doing:

Leading front-of-house service with confidence, warmth, and attention to detail Coaching and supporting servers and hosts in real time Helping manage the flow and vibe of the room during busy shifts Collaborating with the bar and kitchen teams to keep service smooth and on-brand Assisting with schedules, inventory, and operational tasks Training and onboarding new team members Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and liquor service regulations Stepping in wherever needed--leadership here means rolling up your sleeves

You're a Great Fit If You:

Have experience as a floor manager, supervisor, or senior server Bring solid food and beverage knowledge (wine smarts = a plus) Have valid ProServe certification Communicate with clarity, confidence, and calm under pressure Care about building strong teams and memorable guest moments Thrive in a busy service environment and enjoy problem-solving on the fly Are living in the Bow Valley or planning to relocate soon
