Summary

As a Floor Manager at Scores (Saint-Laurent), you will play a vital role in overseeing daily operations and ensuring an outstanding dining experience for our guests. This position is essential for maintaining high standards of service while driving sales and managing staff effectively.

Responsibilities

Supervise daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and quality service. Lead and motivate the front-of-house staff to deliver exceptional customer experiences. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally. Train new employees on company policies, procedures, and best practices Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the restaurant.

Requirements

Proven experience in a managerial role within the restaurant or food service industry. Strong sales skills with a focus on driving revenue growth. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to resolve issues effectively. Bilingual proficiency in English and French is preferred. Familiarity with POS systems and administrative tasks related to restaurant management.
