What You'll Do:

Team Leadership: Lead and mentor staff, delegate responsibilities, and foster a collaborative work environment. Store Operations: Open and close the store efficiently, ensuring all safety and operational protocols are followed. Customer Engagement: Provide exceptional service by understanding customer needs, offering solutions, and addressing inquiries or complaints with professionalism. Merchandising & Inventory: Oversee product displays, support inventory processes, and help drive sales through promotions and strategic product placement. Health & Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and promote a safe environment for employees and customers. Support Management: Assist in recruitment, training, and performance evaluations while managing daily operations in the absence of store management.
