Key Responsibilities:
Handle airline reservations and ticketing using
Amadeus GDS
.
Process bookings, cancellations, reissues, exchanges, and refunds.
Advise clients on flight schedules, fares, travel regulations, and special requests.
Ensure accuracy in fare construction and ticket issuance.
Manage PNRs (Passenger Name Records) efficiently.
Provide support for itinerary changes, seat assignments, and special services (SSR).
Maintain excellent customer service through email, phone, or chat support.
Requirements:
Proven experience with
Amadeus GDS
(minimum 1-2 years).
Strong knowledge of airline fare rules, ticketing procedures, and IATA standards.
Familiarity with BSP/ARC processes is an advantage.
Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
Good communication skills (English; additional languages are a plus).
Willingness to work
public holidays and weekends
as required.
Preferred Background:
Prior work as a
Reservation Agent, Ticketing Agent, Travel Consultant, or GDS Specialist
.
Experience with other GDS (Sabre, Galileo, Travelport) is a bonus.
