Le programme d'avions commerciaux A220 recherche Specialiste des systemes Commandes de vol pour rejoindre notre equipe d'ingenierie en service (ISE) basee a Mirabel (Quebec, Canada), ou vous travaillerez conjointement avec l'equipe d'integration et le centre de reponse a la clientele A220.
Vous ferez partie de l'equipe d'ingenierie en service pour les systemes hydromecaniques. Votre role en tant que specialiste des systemes de commandes de vol consistera a elaborer des solutions techniques pour les compagnies aeriennes, a produire des documents d'ingenierie pour soutenir la remise en service des aeronefs, a proposer des mesures d'attenuation et des solutions en collaboration avec l'equipe d'ingenierie et les fournisseurs, ainsi qu'a soutenir le developpement de nouveaux programmes pour le systeme de commandes de vol.
L'organisation de l'equipe est etablie de maniere a promouvoir la collaboration transversale de maniere autonome, en se soutenant mutuellement et en apprenant collectivement.

Vos defis:
Repondre aux questions techniques et de depannage des clients, qui impliquent la resolution d'un large eventail de problemes en service a long terme ;
Travailler en etroite collaboration avec une equipe de support au sein du centre de reponse a la clientele (CRC) et du support technique/services ainsi qu'avec les representants de service sur le terrain (FSR);
Fournir des solutions techniques aux problemes en service;
Preparer la disposition de l'ingenierie pour remettre l'avion en service;
Fournir l'expertise technique aux operateurs;
Soulever une demande de changement de programme (PCR) afin d'ameliorer la fiabilite de la flotte;
Visiter les installations des operateurs et des fournisseurs pour enqueter, analyser et preparer des rapports techniques sur des problemes specifiques;
Preparer des rapports et des presentations sur les problemes en service;
Participer aux conferences des operateurs.
De plus, vous representerez l'ingenierie en service (ISE) dans toutes les activites liees au developpement du nouveau programme:
Participer aux jalons cles de la revue de conception globale du systeme;
Veiller a ce que l'experience en service et les attentes des clients soient prises en compte dans les differentes decisions de conception;
Participer aux etapes de developpement, d'architecture, d'essais et de validation;
Soutenir la modification/creation des differentes publications techniques requises (MPD, mise a jour MMEL, etc.);
Soutenir les activites d'entree en service du nouveau programme;
Preparer des rapports et des presentations pour la documentation en service sur la conception du systeme.
Votre profil:
Avoir un diplome d'ingenierie mecanique, ou equivalent;
Avoir un minimum de trois a cinq (3 - 5) ans d'experience de support a la clientele, support technique ou gestion d'operations aeriennes est un plus;
Avoir une connaissance solide des systemes mecaniques d'avion (Les commandes de vol);
Avoir la capacite de prendre des decisions solides et precises en faisant preuve d'un bon jugement;
Etre un joueur d'equipe avec de solides competences en communication (verbale et ecrite);
Etre organises, capable de gerer votre temps et etes capables de prioriser les taches efficacement avec des delais courts;
Etre disponible pour voyages d'affaires occasionnels.
Deplacements requis: Deplacements occasionnels au Canada et a l'etranger.
Possibilite d'astreinte pendant les week-ends et/ou les periodes de vacances.

The A220 commercial aircraft Program is looking for a Flight Control Systems Specialist to join our In-Service engineering (ISE) team based in Mirabel (Quebec, Canada), where you will work closely with the A220 integration team and the A220 Customer Response Centre.
You will be part of the In-service engineering team for the Hydromechanical Systems. Your role as a Flight Control System specialist will be developing technical solutions for Airlines, producing engineering documents to support aircraft return-to-service, proposing mitigations and solutions in collaboration with engineering team and supplier, as well as supporting new program development on the flight control system.

Your challenges:
Respond to customers' technical and troubleshooting queries, which involve resolving a wide range of long term in-service issues;
Work closely with a support team within Customer Response Center (CRC) and Technical Support/Services as well as with Field Service Representatives (FSR);
Provide technical solutions for in-service issues;
Prepare Repair Engineering Orders (REOs), Service Non-Incorporated Engineering Orders (SNIEOs), In-Service Modsums;
Provide technical expertise to operators;
Raise Program Change Request (PCR) for fleet reliability improvements;
Visit operator and vendor facilities to investigate, analyze and prepare technical reports on specific problem areas when required;
Prepare technical reviews with customers;
Prepare reports and presentations on in-service issues;
Participate in operators' conferences.
In addition, you will represent ISE in all the activities related to the new program development:
Participate in the overall system design review milestones;
Ensure in-service experience and customer expectations are considered in different design decisions;
Participate in the development, architecture, testing and validation steps;
Support the modification/creation of different technical publications required (MPD, MMEL update, etc.);
Support the Entry-in-Service activities for the new program;
Prepare reports and presentations for in-service documentations on the System design.
Your challenges :
Have Mechanical Engineering Degree or an AME license or equivalent diploma;
Have minimum of three to five (3 - 5) years of experience in Customer Support or airline operations (Maintenance Control/Engineering and/or Fleet Management/Fleet Technical Support) is a strong asset;
Have a basic knowledge of aircraft mechanical systems;
Knowledge of aircraft flight control systems is an assist;
You have the ability to make solidified and accurate decisions exercising good judgment skills;
You are a team player with strong communication (verbal and written);
You are organized, able to manage your time and be able to prioritize tasks effectively with short deadlines.
Travel required: Occasional travel in Canada and abroad (sometimes on short notice)
Possible on-call duties during weekebds and/ or holiday seasons.
