About Us:

We operate a warm, inclusive, and community-focused childcare environment, offering both daycare and out-of-school care programs in two separate locations. We are seeking a reliable and flexible educator who is passionate about working with children and adaptable to the varying needs of our programs.

Position Overview:

This role requires working at both our

Daycare (Downtown Strathmore)

and

Out-of-School Care Program (Strathaven Dr.)

, with hours varying based on program needs. A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle are essential, as you will be traveling between locations.

Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality care, supervision, and age-appropriate programming for children. Adapt to different program settings and age groups as needed. Maintain a safe, inclusive, and positive environment in compliance with all Alberta childcare licensing regulations and company policies. Build positive relationships with children, families, and team members. Follow health, safety, and sanitation procedures at all times.

Requirements:

Current Alberta Childcare Certification (Level 1, 2, or 3). Current First Aid & CPR certification. Clear Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Sector Search. Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle. Flexibility to work varied shifts based on program schedules. Commitment to complying with all licensing standards and company policies.

Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
