We are hiring a Fleet Supervisor for our Cash Services Division in Vancouver, BC.

What you\'ll be doing

• Driver Logbook audits to be completed monthly as per fleet policy
• Review vehicle inspections and communication of issues to branches for repairs
• Open, update, and close purchase orders
• Perform audits on documentation such as; driver logbooks, maintenance files, and vehicle inspections
• Review and book preventative maintenance based on availability of trucks and mileage to expiry
• Ensure compliance with BC Transportation regulations for the Vancouver branch
• Monitor spending to ensure that expenses are consistent with the approved budget
• Establish various tools to improve cost management
• Reporting directly to the Branch Manager
• Perform all other related duties

What we are looking for

• A successful candidate would either have or need to be trained in BC Transportation regulations
• Strong teamwork and partnership orientation
• Sense of urgency, outstanding communication, and problem-solving skills
• Strong critical thinking and active listening skills
• Must have 3-5 years of experience in diagnosing and repairing issues on vehicles
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English)
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
• Must possess a valid driver\'s licence with an acceptable driving record
• Be driven by customer and personal service
