What You'll Do
Champion Safety & Professionalism:
Maintain company standards for safety, image, and customer service.Optimize Fleet Performance:
Coordinate cost-effective maintenance, resolve breakdowns promptly, and manage preventative maintenance schedules.Vendor & Budget Management:
Negotiate rates, monitor service levels, and track expenditures to control operating costs.Lead & Collaborate:
Assign tasks to mechanics, lead daily shop meetings, and work closely with operations to ensure timely, quality service.Drive Continuous Improvement:
Recommend new methods to improve fleet performance, fuel economy, and reduce life cycle costs.Stay Compliant:
Participate in audits and ensure adherence to environmental and safety regulations.What We're Looking For
10+ years of fleet maintenance experience (preferred). Strong knowledge of industry regulations and legislation. Excellent organizational, analytical, and multitasking skills. Strong communication and time management abilities.
