The Fleet Coordinator will be responsible for the management and tracking of fleet allocation, rental procurement and release, utilization verification, hard asset inventory, and communicating findings to Senior Management. This position will be based at the Company shop located on the Fort McMurray First Nation. The position will require regular field/site visits for audits and inspections of the equipment status in the field. This position will report directly to the Senior Management (COO & Dir. Projects and Site Services). Utilization of assets and maximization of up-time plays a most crucial role to the success of the business, it is understood that this position will hold these functions at the highest priority during all roles and responsibilities described below. This position may be required work outside of normal business hours. The preferred shift is Monday to Friday, local to the RMWB.
