About Us:

Manzer Environmental is a company providing industrial cleaning, waste disposal, and environmental solutions across Alberta and B.C. With growing operations in both Peace River and Fort St. John, we are looking for a versatile team member to support our industrial cleaning division out of the Peace River, AB branch!

Role Overview:

We're seeking a motivated individual to take charge of

dispatching our industrial cleaning crews

while also providing

mechanical/operational support

in our shop. This hybrid role is perfect for someone who is detail-oriented, enjoys problem-solving, and doesn't mind splitting their time between office coordination and hands-on shop work.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate daily dispatch of industrial cleaning crews and equipment. Communicate with drivers, operators, and clients to ensure jobs run smoothly. Track equipment readiness and job schedules. Assist in the shop with truck preparation. Support inventory management of tools, parts, and supplies. Work closely with operations and management to maximize efficiency and minimize downtime.

Qualifications:

Experience in dispatch, logistics, or crew coordination (oilfield/industrial preferred). Mechanical aptitude - ability to perform minor repairs, inspections, and truck prep. Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Valid driver's license (Class 1 or 3 is an asset).

Pay: $90,000.00-$130,000.00 per year
