Overview

We are seeking reliable and experienced Truck Drivers to join our transportation team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely operating commercial vehicles to transport freight and goods across various routes Within Canada & USA - Crossborder. This role offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, ensuring timely deliveries while maintaining safety and compliance standards. Applicants with skills in heavy equipment operation, automotive repair, and forklift operation are highly valued.

Duties

Safely operate trucks and commercial vehicles to transport freight to designated locations Load and unload cargo using forklifts or other heavy equipment as needed Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and compliance with regulations Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation for all shipments Perform basic automotive repairs or troubleshooting when necessary to ensure vehicle functionality Follow all traffic laws, safety procedures, and company policies during transit Communicate effectively with dispatchers, warehouse staff, and clients regarding delivery schedules and issues

Skills

Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with a clean driving record Experience in freight transportation and commercial driving operations Ability to operate forklifts and other heavy equipment safely Knowledge of automotive repair basics for troubleshooting vehicle issues Strong organizational skills for managing delivery schedules and documentation Excellent communication skills for coordinating with team members and clients Ability to operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently when required
