At our King West location, we're a hole in the wall establishment with food truck vibes. We offer a positive and supportive work environment with like-minded individuals.

We want someone who has all the following skills and qualities:

Punctual - you're on time, all the time! Passionate - you love food and bringing joy to others with food. Presentable - our kitchen is open so both you and the kitchen need to be presentable. Attention to detail - you're thorough, you are accurate and you complete orders to a high standard. Excellent communicator - you're comfortable responding to customer questions, quality checking and resolving concerns. Tech literate - you can quickly navigate through clover POS to take orders accurately, add modifiers and offer refunds in a timely manner. Food handler - must have a food handler certificate or are willing to get one. We want you to always maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations. Experienced - at minimum you have the ability to smash and cook 12 patties on the grill to perfection in less than 8 minutes. Flexible - you understand and accept working earlier/later than scheduled is a part of this industry. Dedicated - we're a tightknit team and we're growing and you want to be a part of that growth.
