We are seeking a motivated and dedicated Apprentice to join our team. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in the construction and maintenance person industry. As an Apprentice, you will work under the guidance of skilled professionals, learning essential techniques and skills while contributing to various projects. This role requires a strong willingness to learn and the ability to perform physical tasks effectively.

Responsibilities

Assist experienced tradespeople in various tasks related to construction and maintenance projects. Utilize hand tools effectively for building, repairing, and maintaining structures. Participate in heavy lifting and moving materials as needed on job sites. Learn to read blueprints and follow project specifications accurately. Apply caulking and other finishing techniques under supervision. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring safety protocols are followed. Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and within quality standards.

Skills

Proficiency with hand tools commonly used in construction and repair tasks. Basic maintenance person skills, including knowledge of building techniques. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently. Familiarity with carpentry practices is a plus. Understanding of caulking methods for sealing gaps and joints. Competence in blueprint reading for interpreting project plans is advantageous. Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn from experienced professionals.
