: We are seeking a self-motivated individual to join our Flat Roof Service Department. You will work alongside experienced journeymen roofers, assisting with the installation, maintenance, and repair of flat roofing systems. This is an excellent opportunity for someone eager to grow their career in the roofing industry.

Key Responsibilities: - Assist journeymen roofers with flat roof installations, repairs, and maintenance. - Ensure job sites are clean, safe, and organized. - Follow safety protocols and company standards. - Learn and apply roofing techniques under the guidance of experienced professionals.

Requirements: - Completion of 1st or 2nd year roofing apprenticeship preferred. - Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn. - Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions. - Reliable transportation and valid driver's license. - Team player with good communication skills.
