Fair Isle Ford Montague is on the lookout for a dynamic and experienced Fixed Operations Supervisor to lead our Service and Parts department. If you're passionate about fixed operational excellence, team leadership, and delivering top-tier customer service, we want to hear from you!

What You'll Do

Oversee daily operations in Service and Parts departments Coordinate workflow to ensure efficient scheduling and repair timelines Support Service Advisor, Parts Counterperson, and Technicians Resolve escalated customer concerns with professionalism Monitor and improve Net Promoter Score (NPS) Assist with hiring, training, coaching, and performance evaluations Foster a productive, team-oriented environment Maintain compliance with warranty and manufacturer policies. Manage inventory, shipping/receiving, and monthly returns Maintain high standards in quality control and repair accuracy

Experience in automotive service or parts operations Strong communication and conflict-resolution skills Ability to motivate and manage a small tight knit team Detail-oriented with a focus on efficiency and customer satisfaction Willingness to learn

Compensation & Benefits

Competitive base salary + performance-based bonuses ($50,000- $65,000) Medical, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off + Holidays Ongoing training and professional development opportunities

Work Environment:

This role operates within both administrative and shop floor settings.

Hours are Monday to Friday from 8am-5pm. Very occasional evenings or Saturdays may be required based on business needs (Yearly Inventory)
