Key Responsibilities

Sales & Customer Experience

Deliver expert product knowledge and personalized recommendations. Drive in-store sales and increase conversion through customer engagement. Build lasting relationships and foster loyalty to the Spartan Fitness brand.

Store Operations

Manage daily operations including opening/closing, cash handling, and staff scheduling. Maintain a clean, well-stocked, and visually appealing store environment. Oversee inventory levels and ensure stock accuracy and timely replenishment.

Qualifications

Minimum

2 years of retail management or supervisory experience

(fitness/sports retail preferred). Strong leadership skills and a proven ability to develop high-performing teams. Passion for fitness and helping others reach their health goals. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Comfortable with POS systems and basic retail software.

Flexible availability
