Prime Pears is looking for a Fitness Professional Talent Recruiter will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and onboarding high-quality fitness professionals to join PrimePears. This role also involves outreach to fitness Establishments to build partnerships, create collaboration opportunities, and grow PrimePears' network of experts and visibility.

Key Responsibilities
Talent Sourcing & Outreach?- Identify potential fitness professionals (personal trainers, strength coaches, yoga instructors, etc.) who meet our standards.??- Use job boards, social media, fitness forums, referrals, and other channels to find candidates.??- Proactively reach out to influencers and fitness businesses/organizations for partnership or collaboration opportunities.
Screening & Interviewing??- Review applications, resumes, certifications, and portfolios.??- Conduct interviews (video or phone) to assess:????
Communication skills & client interaction style????
Fit for PrimePears values (accountability, support, results-driven)??- Check references and verify credentials as needed.
Onboarding & Quality Assurance??- Coordinate onboarding of new fitness professionals: ensure they understand platform expectations, content & scheduling protocols, client-trainer interaction standards.??- Ensure trainers are vetted not only for technical ability but also for interpersonal skills, professionalism, and ability to deliver personalized, science-based coaching.
Partnerships & Collaboration??- Identify and reach out to fitness influencers, gyms, studios, wellness businesses, community groups, etc., for strategic collaborations (e.g. content creation, referral partnerships, joint marketing).??- Maintain relationships with partners; track partnership performance.
Data & Reporting??- Maintain a pipeline of candidate leads; track outreach efforts, interview stages, success rates.??- Report regularly on recruitment metrics (e.g. number of trainers onboarded, dropout rate, trainer satisfaction) and partnership metrics.
Brand Representation & Community Engagement??- Represent PrimePears professionally in all communications and fronts (social media, events, webinars, etc.).??- Stay current with industry trends--fitness techniques, certifications, channels where trainers gather, influencer marketing, etc.--to keep recruiting strategy relevant.
Qualifications & Skills
Certifiable or demonstrable experience in fitness industry (preferred but not always required) -- familiarity with what it takes to be a personal trainer, coach, or fitness specialist.
Strong interviewing and assessment skills. Able to judge technical credentials and soft skills (communication, motivation, client service).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience in outreach, partnership development, influencer relations, or business development is a strong plus.
Comfortable using tools to manage pipelines (e.g., ATS, CRMs, spreadsheets).
Self-motivated, organized, able to manage multiple open roles/tasks simultaneously.
Social media savvy--comfortable sourcing through and reaching out via Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.
Working Conditions & Compensation
Work arrangement: Remote or hybrid, flexible hours, may include evenings/weekends depending on candidate availability.
Commission+ performance bonuses or incentives (e.g. for every certified trainer onboarded, every partnership established, etc.).
