We are a beautiful boutique fitness and wellness studio looking for an
Administrative & Studio Operations Assistant
to join our team! This role is focused on providing exceptional client service, supporting daily studio operations, and ensuring everything runs smoothly in the evenings and on weekends.

Key Responsibilities
Client Experience & Administration
Welcome clients warmly, fostering rapport and lasting connections
Deliver a concierge-level of service, ensuring all members feel valued
Efficiently manage multiple schedules, including personal training sessions and group fitness classes (MindBody experience is a plus!)
Assist with higher-level scheduling projects and account audits
Assist clients with booking, payments, and account inquiries
Actively participate in lead management assisting in booking tours, trials and discovery calls
Manage hold and cancellation requests
Engage in daily social media activities to support our online community
Help plan, organize, and participate in community events
Collaborate with management to promote ongoing programs and offers
Ensure all communication channels are monitored and responded to in a timely manner
Operations & Organization
Maintain studio standards -- complete daily cleaning checklists, keep spaces organized, troubleshoot basic studio tech (sound/lights)
Complete daily cleaning checklist to maintain club standards and ensure inventory is kept up to date and organized
Manage studio inventory, ordering supplies, and stock organization
Restock and track apparel and merchandise
Create simple assets in Canva for internal use (signage, updates, schedules)
Ideal Candidate Traits
Previous administration or customer service experience (fitness/wellness preferred)
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment
Tech-savvy and confident with scheduling/booking systems
Friendly, approachable, and client-focused with excellent communication skills
Reliable, punctual, and proactive -- takes initiative without needing direction
Positive, adaptable personality who thrives in a team environment
Must speak fluent English
Availability Requirements
Afternoon/Evenings Monday to Friday
Must be able to commute reliably to 1541 West Broadway
