We want you to join our team as a HR Operations Coordinator in Toronto, ON!
As an integral member of our GRC Operations team, you will be providing direct support to our internal business units within the GRC through routine and transactional administrative tasks. You will primarily be providing support to your HR Administration and Operations teams.
Some of the tasks you will be responsible for includes:

  • Onboarding/offboarding activities
    - Coordinating onboarding/offboarding for new members and members who are leaving KPMG
  • Recruitment - Support and coordinate our local recruitment requests and job evaluations received from the Global HR team
  • GRC Contingent Labour (Independent Contractors) - Provide support and be our central point of contact for new third-party contingent labour contractor requests, as well as monitor and manage the end dates for contracts
  • Pay Planning - Be responsible for the completeness and accuracy of data used in the annual GRC pay planning process (e.g. calibration, promotions, annual pay and bonus)
  • Performance Management - Ensure GRC data is accurate OpenPD and collaborate with us for any adjustments needed
  • HR Administration - Maintain current and accurate employee and GRC HR files, support employee administration requests, review HR reports, develop a holistic understanding in HR operational matters, and attend HR meetings when required
  • Finance - Review and collaborate with our Finance team on monthly invoices to ensure accuracy for processing, develop a holistic understanding in expense management, review, and approval processes, and perform accounts payable review, coding, and approvals
  • Compliance - Ensure completeness of annual risk compliance trainings for all KPMG team members, follow up on compliance alerts from our DLP team, and connect with team members and their managers to ensure matters are investigated and addressed
  • Operation Administration - Work alongside the GRC Operations Manager to ensure all Operations processes are up to date, draft communications as required, attend Operations meetings, and all other duties as required

REQUIREMENTS

  • Self-Identify as First Nations, Metis, or Inuit
  • Strong oral/written communication skills
  • Post-secondary diploma, degree, or certification in Administration, Business, or a related field OR a combination of education and relevant experience with an Administration Assistant skillset
  • Experience in a client-focused environment
  • Strong relationship-building skills and eager to work within a team or independently
  • Able to manage, prioritize, and meet a variety of deadlines
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Able to work with sensitive materials with a high level of discretion
  • Proficient using MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
