• Prepare the necessary ingredients for dish preparation.
• Set up workstations in anticipation of various services.
• Cook, season, and plate dishes according to established chef standards.
• Plate dishes according to standards.
• Execute any other tasks necessary for the kitchen's smooth operation.
• Maintain cleanliness in work areas and equipment.
