We're Annabelle's Kitchen -- a small, tight-knit crew with big flavor energy. We take our food seriously, but like to have fun. Our kitchen is fast, focused, and full of personality, and we're looking for an experienced

First Cook

to jump in like a pro.

If you've got

4+ years of experience

(bonus if it's in fine dining or Italian cuisine), know your way around the line, and thrive when the tickets are flying, we want to meet you.

What You'll Do:

Crush your station with precision, consistency, and care Keep things tight -- clean, organized, and calm under pressure Cook with pride and passion -- we notice and we appreciate it Bring good energy to the team -- we're all about collaboration and respect Help keep the kitchen running smoothly from prep to close
What We're Looking For:

4+ years of professional kitchen experience Strong fundamentals and a love for quality food Nighttime availability -- this role is for our closing team (no day time roles! So please don't apply if you're looking for a day time gig) A positive attitude, sense of humor, and strong work ethic Bonus points if you've worked in fine dining or Italian before

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 30 per week
