Requirements:

Attention to detail. Strong computer skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to understand and implement safety protocols. Desire to learn about fireworks and fireworks shows. Ability to work unsupervised.
We're hiring for our Sherwood Park location. You will need a reliable car to get there.

This person in this position will manage our professional fireworks shows including working on fireworks permit applications. You will receive training and support to learn this unique role. Tasks include:

Creating correct fireworks permit applications. Designing and building fireworks shows. Dealing with show customers via email. Ensuring all regulations are met.
You will also help our customers choose and purchase consumer fireworks using our sales tools including videos, product descriptions and computer aided fireworks show design tools.

Other tasks include:

Daily cash reconciliation. Daily inventory. Stock shelves. Receive orders from our suppliers. Working on permit applications under the direction of more senior staff.
No fireworks experience necessary. We provide a complete training package. Requirements:

Must be on time and at work every day. Be excited about helping people create great fireworks shows. Ability to work unsupervised. Be available to work the last week before and including New Year's Eve and Canada Day - no vacation allowed in June or December. Ability to write professional emails. Ability to work with others during our busy times. Must be able to move boxes weighing up to 25 kg. Ability to learn basic computer skills.
