We are looking for a dedicated and driven Fire Alarm Contract Sales Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role involves identifying customer needs, presenting our services, closing sales, and maintaining a high level of industry knowledge.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain relationships with contractors and distributors in various industries, including commercial, industrial, and residential sectors.
Provide ongoing client support and assistance, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking and attending industry events.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals.
Conduct site assessments to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions for fire alarm systems.
Present and explain service offerings, pricing, and contract terms to potential clients.
Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
Requirements:
Proven experience in sales, preferably in the inspection or related industry.
Sales experience related to the fire and life safety industry, building services and maintenance is an asset.
Strong oral and written communications skills are required.
Able to present information and respond to questions from contractors, distributors and AHJ's.
Proficient in use of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Possess a valid driver's license, in accordance with Company policy.
Field Experience is considered a plus

This role is office based with 5 days in office, with alternate Fridays off. With 25% travel within Southwest Ontario
