Finishing Team Supervisor - Finishing Team (Mini Home & Modular Construction)

Atlantic Modern Homes is growing! We are seeking an experienced

Yard Supervisor to lead our Finishing Team

in the final production phase of our Mini Homes and Modular Homes. If you have a keen eye for detail, know what it takes to get homes "move-in ready," and excel at leading crews in a hands-on environment, we want to hear from you.

What You'll Do:

Lead and coordinate a team of finish carpenters, painters, flooring installers, and laborers. Oversee all finishing tasks including trim, cabinetry, flooring, painting, hardware, and touch-ups. Ensure production schedules are met while maintaining high-quality craftsmanship. Conduct daily job briefings and ensure a safe, organized, and efficient work environment. Perform quality control checks and final inspections to ensure homes meet Atlantic Modern Homes standards. Collaborate with other departments (framing, transport, design) to ensure seamless project flow. Manage material needs and ensure your team has the right tools and supplies.

What You Bring:

3-5 years of supervisory experience in modular, mini home, or residential construction (finishing experience a must). Strong knowledge of interior finishing practices -- you know how a finished home should look and feel. Leadership skills with a "lead by example" mentality. Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple units in various stages of finishing. CSA modular housing knowledge is an asset. Forklift certification or willingness to obtain is preferred.

Pay: $22.00-$26.00 per hour
