We are a well-established construction and development firm specializing in residential and mixed-use projects throughout the Lower Mainland. With a strong pipeline of upcoming projects in Surrey, we are seeking an experienced

Finishing Superintendent

to lead the delivery of high-quality interior finishes from drywall to turnover.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise all finishing trades and activities including drywall, painting, millwork, flooring, tiling, cabinetry, and final fixtures Ensure work meets project specifications, timelines, and quality standards Coordinate daily with Project Managers, Site Superintendents, and subcontractors to keep project on schedule Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and resolve deficiencies Maintain a clean, safe, and organized site in compliance with WorkSafeBC standards Oversee punch list creation, management, and timely completion Participate in handover to client/owners and ensure all final details meet expectations
Job Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of experience as a Finishing Superintendent or similar role in residential or commercial construction Strong understanding of finishing scopes, construction drawings, and municipal inspection processes Excellent organizational and leadership skills with a detail-oriented mindset Strong communication skills to coordinate with trades, site teams, and project stakeholders Proficiency in construction software tools (Procore, MS Project, or similar) is an asset Red Seal certification in Carpentry or equivalent trade experience preferred
