Finisher (Monday-Thursday 2:50pm-12:50am)

Key Responsibilities

Ability to operate a Label Inspection Machine Inspect and rewind labels to meet Customer specifications Consecutively count/ number labels as per specification Able to read and understand master specification files, e-paperwork and proof Must be able to meet department output standards Maintain equipment in good working order Maintain 5S standards as well as safe practices Run computerized AVT 'vision system' Diligent practices in GMP's / SOP's and CSP's Other duties as required

Qualifications, Requirements:

High School Diploma or GED Well organized Good mathematical and written skills Team Player, Safety Conscious High energy, self-starter able to work with minimal supervision Good working knowledge of the Finishing Department and its role within the company Ability to work well with co-workers in a team environment Safety footwear is required Ability to work in a fast paced production environment Experience working with computers Continuous improvement mindset Must be flexible and able to work overtime as required Preference will be given to candidates with experience operating roll inspection equipment Ability to set up and operate Finishing equipment independently
