Job Description

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Concrete Finisher to join our team. The Concrete Finisher will be responsible for performing various tasks related to concrete finishing, including pouring, leveling, and smoothing concrete surfaces. The ideal candidate will have experience in heavy equipment operation, flooring installation, drywall, and possess mechanical knowledge. This is a physically demanding role that requires heavy lifting and the ability to work with power tools.

Duties:
- Pouring and spreading concrete using various tools and techniques
- Leveling and smoothing concrete surfaces using hand tools
- Applying finishing techniques such as stamping, staining, or polishing
- Repairing damaged concrete surfaces
- Reading and interpreting blueprints to determine project specifications
- Operating heavy equipment such as power trowels or concrete saws
- Assisting with the construction of forms or molds for pouring concrete
- Cleaning and maintaining tools and equipment

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in concrete finishing or related field preferred
- Knowledge of concrete mixing ratios and curing processes
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and project specifications
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision
- Physical stamina to perform heavy lifting and repetitive tasks
- Familiarity with power tools and mechanical knowledge
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
