Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled

Finish Skid Steer Operator

with

excavator experience

to join our field operations team. The successful candidate will be responsible for final grading, site prep, material handling, and supporting excavation work on active construction sites.

Key Responsibilities

Operate skid steer for final grading, backfilling, and site clean-up. Support excavation work with an excavator as required. Safely load/unload materials and assist with site logistics. Perform daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance. Work collaboratively with site supervisors and trades to meet project deadlines. Maintain a strong safety culture and follow all company and site safety procedures.

Qualifications

Minimum 3+ years of experience operating a skid steer in a finish capacity. Excavator operating experience required. Valid driver's license with reliable transportation to job sites. CSTS/WHMIS and other safety certifications considered an asset. Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
