Finish Dozer Operator - PENTICTON, BC

We are looking for a

Finish Dozer Operator

in the

PENTICTON

area for a 1-2 month project. Quality candidates will be offered the opportunity to also work in our Alberta and Western Canada operations after project completion.

Job Type:

Full Time, project basis. Option to extend to Full-time, seasonal for the right candidates

Schedule:

10+ hours per day, 6 & 1, OT after 8hr/day or 40hr/week

Location:

Initial project in

PENTICTON

. Potential options for Western Canada

Pay Range

: $32-36 per hour depending on experience

Essential:

Hard-working, reliable, flexible with schedule, ability to work in physically demanding conditions

Requirements:

Personal Reliable Vehicle CSA approved steel toed boots with 6" ankle support

Pre-employment:

Drug and alcohol testing (swab-based test) Successful completion of Company Orientation and site-specific orientation

Finish Dozer Operator

Responsibilities:

Safe operation of dozer as it pertains to stripping, ditching, sloping, leveling Operate dozer in close proximity to ground personnel and other equipment Promote, execute and adhere to the company's safety program, and encourage all employees, subcontractors and consultants to adopt safety as a culture. Qualifications:

Three (3) to five (5) years' experience as a Dozer operator. Experience with finishing work (sloping, leveling) required.
